Robo Dough's menu is constantly evolving depending on the season, ingredient availability, and to be honest, Robo's mood. Everything is also made to order in small batches, to ensure consistency and quality. PLEASE ORDER AHEAD - once the dough's gone, it's gone for the night. If you don't see something here that you were hoping to, or had seen before, and would like to make a special request, please do not hesitate to reach out. All pictures provided were taken by Robo, of his actual bakes.

A classic. Robo Dough makes a pull-apart version, smothered in garlic-y butter, a blend of herbs and spices, and an undeniable mix of 3 cheeses. (around 10~ knots per batch)
If Robo did ever envy a product from a particular pizza-brand-named-after-a-table-game, some might say that this is his love letter to that theoretical product. Robo's homemade dough, topped with garlic butter and a 6 cheese blend, and finally flaky salt.
Not saying, just sayin... trying to give someone rhyming with Trillos Dickles a run for their money... Homemade using Kirby cucumbers, they've got a kick!

... that a typo, Robo? Nope! Bialys, they're real and they're spectacular! Think about a bagel, but less dense and slightly more airy. Then, instead of the donut hole like a normal bagel, only a dimple. And finally, stuff that dimple with (in this case) caramelized onions, poppy seeds, and feta cheese. Big trust, these are bomb

Robo's more of a savory guy, but he's also a man of the people and wants to keep you all happy.
Man of the people, and this is your only dessert option..? Yes. These are made with a high quality butter that has been slowly melted down and browned. There are 3 different kinds of sugar in this recipe, including one imported from another continent. Finally, there are two different kinds of chocolate (64%/74% cocoa), chopped by Robo, used as the chips. Eat your heart out.
